Now’s the time for COVID boosters and flu vaccines

It’s that time of year again, with winter approaching, where all participants who are at risk need to ensure they’ve had their flu vaccine, and that they’re also up to date with the COVID booster. This includes participants who have had a spinal injury, as their lung function will be compromised. The flu vaccine is now free and is most effective in the first 3 months of being administered. Therefore, for maximum protection, please encourage participants to book an appointment with their GP as soon as possible.
